The Fourteen Roses Hotel is looking for New Candidates to fill the following positions :
A. An experienced General Manager for our boutique hotel and resort. You will give leadership to the whole team, recommend the most efficient process, and drive sales.
If you young and energetic person with least 10 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with significant luxury and international experience, ideally including experience in remote locations. And 3 to 5 years of experience as a General Manager or Asst. General Manager.
1. Take full P&L responsibility for the business
2. Manage all staff across sales, operations, administration, and finance
3. Look for potential business growth and research market potential
4. Aim for and achieve a great increase in revenue in the target markets
5. Lead, inspire and motivate all direct reports
6. Create and implement effective business plans
7. Give presentations at meetings, events, openings when necessary
B. E – Commerce
1. Familiar with OTA extranet
2. Min 1 year experience in the same postion
3. Handle social media advertising
4. Planning and execution of the marketing strategies to promote services to online customers
5. Responsible for digital advertising of the website
6. Collect and analyzes data to evaluate axisting and potential online market
