THE PAVILIONS BALI, a luxury boutique property in Sanur, is looking at growing its exceptional team.
• We are hiring for candidates with excellent customer service skills, able to multitask and grow in a dynamic and hands-on work environment.
• Proven success in a similar role and resort environment mandatory
• Candidates must be based in Bali and have superior command of English and Bahasa.
1. ROOM DIVISION MANAGER/OPERATIONS MANAGER
Coordinate operations with particular focus on Guest Service and Housekeeping/Butler department
Act as a property ambassador, assessing and reviewing customer experience and service recovery process
Set goals and plans to promote and improve the service delivery; overview schedules, events and activities on property
Structure and implement standard operating procedures and relevant training plans
Excellent customer service skills, high level of responsibility and accountability required
Must have outstanding leadership and organizational skills, thorough understanding of hotel budgeting, P&L and cost management
2. GUEST SERVICE MANAGER
Motivate and lead a small team, key role in driving the guest experience on property
Solid background to include Reservations and Front Office
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail
Great trainer with a passion for developing junior team members
Experience in the same position minimum 2 years
Ensure seamless coordination with other operational departments
3. SENIOR COOK / CDP
A culinary all-rounder with strong organizational skills
Support Head Chef in leading a small team
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment
Excellent communication and training skills
Experience in the same position minimum 1 years
Passion for good food, local ingredients and a quality customer experience
